I try in my staging to evoke emotion. I stage the bedroom a little bit on the romantic side, in the child's bedroom I try and create a cozy, fun and colorful world.

In the living room and dining room I keep it contemporary, stylish yet fun and cozy with a little bit of "bling". Having a little breakfast area in the kitchen is a big plus. Everybody loves to sit in the kitchen.

I try and create a feeling in the buyers mind of " I could live here, I would love to live here."
