Our price is dependent on the size of your house and whether we can utilize your existing furniture or whether we need to completely refurnish your home. Do I have to move out once you have staged the home?

You do not have to move out of your home once it is staged. If you want to live in your house until the point of sale we will often try and utilize most of your existing items and then add or replace items as needed to accent your home for a more contemporary feeling. Before we stage your home we will go through the house with you and advise what should be removed prior to the house being shown for open house.

 

I only want staging advice, is that something you offer?

Yes, we do staging consultations on-site. This typically takes a couple of hours, during which we will go room by room and advise how best to decorate each area. We will also provide you with a full report of the survey.
